Hi All,

In my silver light application. we have to create an browser for this we want to use the web browser control, but in our System.windows.control dll doesn't contains this web-browser control

let may i know the reason why the system.windows.controls dll does not have the web browser control.

i searched on the web but most of them suggesting by using this web browser control.

if any body knows the reason or solution for this please post here.

and if any body knows the alter native for browser control in silver light and how to browse web pages.

It's only supported in Silverlight 4, and only if your Silverlight app is running out-of-browser. There are ways to kinda do the same thing if your app is running in the browser, just google "silverlight WebBrowser", and you'll get over 6.3 million results returned. The first one is here:

Thanks for your quick reply, and let me know where we can download the silverlight4 software and to develop the web browser application, i am already installed the silverlight4 sdk but i didn't find any web browser control in my System.windows.controls dll
