What are you talking about? Is this a question intended for an article author?

1 solution

1. Don't know whom you are trying to address it. Might be a message to an article, or to someone facing similar issue.

2. About the error:
It simply means the URL you are trying to access is not available. Actually, after http://, it must be a server name. Searcharoo_VirtualRoot doesnt sound like one. Further, based on the way you have formulated the question, surely you are trying to access a website that is hosted in your Virtual directory.

Access IIS (Run->Inetmgr), find your application hosted and try to browse it from there. It will help you in knowing the default URL to use in order to access it.
