user control positioning

In my MVVM wpf project i have Mainwondow.xaml file and remaining all the files are user controls. In the mainwinow i had a menu when i click on the menu the respective usercontrol will be appear on the mainwondow

My requirement is when i click on the menu i want to display that user control in the center of the Mainwindow screen.
