Simple Inventory Software

Hi. I almost study the .net winform (desktop application) and nows so many things but i when sit for starting the project of the inventory could not be able to make the project which makes me embaracing and feeling bad after thinking that after knowing to many things about the C# .net why i could not be able to make the software so that i could help some people through that and feel confident about my self ....please suggest me how i could start of the making the inventory application ... what should be in the main panel after logging form means which of the menues should come in the main panel and the sub menues of the inventory softwares.

will be despirately waiting for the your positive and immediate reply...

i now how to submit the recoards into the database (sql 2012) i am using this. and also reterving + updating the recaord and also be able to delete + search the recoards but i don't know how to start making the project in c#.
Can u please guide me how can i open the start the project from the bigging level :(
