They didn't mantain what they promised and I was doing boring jobs under my qualification. My motivation went down to minimum levels and then I changed job.

Top 3 were things that were bugging me...
I thought I would be there forever ... then they changed management ... and things went down hill from there ...
Management issues:
New management didn't know how to spend and save, money was being wasted on needless things, and not things that we actually needed.
Lack of opportunity &
Problems with the way they code:
Because so much $$ was being thrown away they tried to cut costs by ditching new, more "cutting edge" projects (that weren't making them money as they were still under development), and instead decided to try and further develop the older software that is over 12 years old, written poorly, and in a language that isn't actually a language!

I'm like this...
I give birth to the kid, I feed him, he starts walking and when he starts going on his own it's time for me to move on.
My last company change was mostly related to money but it also matched the period when there was nothing else I could give to the project neither the project give back to me.
Time to move on!!

Not everyone get such company. You actually come to know about the company once you join it. It solely depends on your luck that you get very good company as your start up.

I started from the worst company ever. Believe me there won't be any member here on CP who got such a worst company. I then changed another one where as other stated, i also faced management issues. Again made a change and finally i got what i wanted. So now, no more change is required.

Nope. With small companies, you accept the method[e.g. Coding] you used to. While with large firms, you come to know about different minds from different backgrounds. You can learn a lot, believe me a lot from the people around you. This can't be the case with small ones.

Those who successfully manage this become MANAGERS..!

My last contract was using VB.net and I commuted more than a hundred miles each day. Everything else was fine.
When the phone rang offering me a C# opportunity closer to home, I jumped on it.

I leave my last job due to Worst Management only.
When we say 'Management' we expect to manage the things "In an accurate manner" but I have seen if a person or a team has lack of 'Managing' concepts then organization failed to get a desired goal.
One should know how to use resource properly and how to deal with them, Management should keep employee happy otherwise it will leads to loss of good resources.
I have read somewhere "Bad workman never get good tool"
