Probably the hardest thing for me is to start writing from scratch. If there is no code already there, it is all too easy to get lost in the details and not actually be able to get anywhere. "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step."

In a recent xkcd's alt text, Randall Munroe suggested stacksort, a sort that searches StackOverflow for sorting functions and runs them until it returns the correct answer. So, I made it. I don't know what makes me sadder: that it was proposed, that someone did it, or that it works.
