At long last, it finally came round on the 5th February 2012.
Just hope the imminent rep recount, doesn't screw this up!

When I looked at it, there was no attachment, about 3 lines of in article code and very little narrative.
The codeproject also uses a multi-moderation process, it needs to see 5 people reject before the item was closed. So others must be in agreement.
I see you have now created another one with an attachment, but you need to include sufficient discussion in the article and not rely on just an attachment. I am afraid your latest one will go the same way unless you bulk up the narrative.
The comments others have left are valid, go and look at some of the other highly rated articles e.g. from Sacha Barber or Pete O'Hanlon to name just two, and you will see the effort required to make an article.

This extension has been updated to V1.1, and includes the following;
1) Fix of critical 'ADD Template' bug.
2) Added additional 'Snippet' template type
3) Added Template Filter to the Editor (for All/Message/Answer/Snippet)
4) Added Template Filter to the Selector (for Auto/All/Message/Answer/Snippet)
The Auto filter in the selector will check the current page and filter applicable templates to the page type.
The article has been updated to reflect these changes, Google Chrome Extension - CodeProject Template Items[^].
The distribution server has also been updated with the latest packaged extension, so Chrome will automatically pick this up come time, or you can manually force and update.
Any issues or suggestions leave a message at the bottom of the article.

Please note that todays changes to The CodeProject had broken the Chrome extension and the Gadget.
I have taken a look at these and made changes and submitted revision through the approval process.
The next Versions are V1.6 for Chrome Extension and V1.2 for Desktop Gadget.
If you are using the packed chrome extension, you can force an update and it will update now, as the distribution on my website is now updated.

The Extension has been updated to cater for changes to the CodeProject made 6/7th December.
If you have already installed the packaged extension, the Chrome autoupdating function should automatically pickup the new version from my website, failing that click the link in the article and re-install.
If you are using the extension as an unpacked extension from the source code, then you will need to update manually.
