Making calls from usb modem

Hello everyone. I have a question for you.
I have a usb modem Huawei E1550.
I want to make C# .NET program, that can make calls and send sms through this modem.
Found this article about sending sms. But I need more information about calls and sms.

After a litte search on codeproject I found these:

Here is a article on Huawei modem.
3G Modem Internet Dialer[^]

CP Search on modem at command[^]

Generaly, you can access your Huawei E1550 via COM port - SerialPort Class[^].
Then you can control SMS and Calls via AT commands.

ATA - Answer a call.
ATDT - Dial a number
ATH - For hangup.

AT+CMGL=ALL - For listing all SMS mesage storage.
AT+CMGS - For sending SMS message.

I've searched on google and codeproject, but still can't find any examples of making calls using AT commands. If you have it or know where I can look at any example, let me know.

Maybe you don't understand what I want.
I want to make program, that won't be only sms sender and receiver, it also must be a dialer.

Yes I understand what you want. For dialing you have to use the AT commando "ATDT". Use "Hyperterminal" or "PuTTY" program to open a connection to COM port where the USB modem is attached and play around with AT commands.

You can not get sound from a com port. When you install the Huawei E1550 into USB, there must be a sound device under Windows, where the audio can be transmitted or perhaps there is a mini-jack connector on the Huawei E1550 ?

Yes, it supports voice, because there is a program with dialer from Huawei.

Okay. Then you must be able to see the device in "System Device Manager" for Windows.
I am afraid I can not help you further. I have not such a modem I can use to test with.

I believe this post is old so there must be solution available, hence code available to make and receive calls with sms support for a usb 3g modem dongle. I have been looking for one for a long time and in vain, is there anyone out there with a voice of hope. Appreciate your prayers

Yes, this is an old post.
But generally, you use "AT" command to control the usb 3g modem, and voice has to transferred in an other way. "AT" command is used via Serial Port (COM).
But perhaps the manufacturer of the usb 3g modem has som SDK you can use ?

and at+chup is used to disconcect the code

i am working on it but could not success in voice tranfer
