document library names shows as menu items under document library tab

i need help from you....We have site in sharepoint 2010, where i change all quick launch navigation to top navigation bar as menus and under each menu items the list names shows under list tab and document library names shows as menu items under document library tab....Now My manager gave me a task where he want the document library folders names display as submenu items while moving the mouseover at each document library name.....also when ever we are creating subsites...the subsites must be shown under one menu tab.....not the multiple tabs.

Further more as guideded on net....i just create a view of the folders and create a web part of that view but i don't know how to display this webpart as menu items through jquery???
