listview items save one folder

Dear friends,
I have list view, In that list view i have 3 columns, 1.File name, 2.File Path, 3.Numbers. I have 3 Buttons, 1.Addfile, 2.Save, 3.Open.

When i Click the Addfile the files will add from the local host to my listview. Let Assume 10 items in the listview.

When i click the save button this all files saves one folder(Ex:file)

When i Click Open button, open the file folder from my local host the 10 files defaulting will add the listview in that 3 column.
