Track to whom E-Mail has been sent(Data Security)

Hello Team,

I am developing one application for my client in which I required to following -
- Client want to ensure his data security - Track if any employee is sending office data outside from his personal/any other E-mails.
- He want to capture just E-Mail Address mentioned in "To" AND "CC" AND "BCC"

Presently I am able to identify and record all the windows opened by user(Using Windows API- User32.dll)

So if user opens Gmail (from IE or Chrome) I am able to trace that, But now How I can find out if he has sends mail and TO, CC & BCC E-Mail Id's

Please help!!! Your help/guidance is very much appropriated!!!
