Start services in wamp server

Hi I am very new to PHP. I have installed wamp server in my system. I started the server and tried execuing index.php in localhost but getting error as cannot display web page. How to solve this? pls help.

Would you mind to post a snippet of the code you are using?
Your question is quite vague. There can be several reasons for the problem. We can only guess things but don't give a concrete solution with it.
Please use the widget "improve question" to add some relevant information

By default in www folder index.php will be there know i executed that.My server is offline.
