Download a file in C#

Hi,
I Have uploaded a file in my process.After the process is completed the uploaded file should get downloaded.How to download a file???

Why after uploaded? Downloaded by what? If the same client uploaded the file, why getting the same? And what, you don't know how to download? What does it mean? A Web browser "knows"...

Server is uploading the file.the file should download by client.

after uploading the file in server save the file location/path in database and display that link in your application and from there user can easily download that uploaded content.
