I am able to create all kinds of reports in ssrs.
But, Is it possible to create a tax invoice using ssrs?

If Yes, HOW?

Is it possible to create a tax invoice using ssrs
It totally depends on your invoice design.

General case, invoices are defined templates with few fields filled at runtime that might be different for different user. Thus, SSRS fits in very well.

You say you able to create all kinds of report yet you ask a generic question without specific issue you face while trying to. You need to design a RDL with a defined template - may be logo, header, footer, etc. Place your fields as per need that are driven from dataset that is filled from runtime database data based on user. UserID will be the input parameter for the report that internally will be input parameter for the dataset query.
