SQL :Creating a csv file of a temp table and then later Amending new values in the same csv

Hi all,

I am facing issue. I have a Stored Procedure which return me a temp table. i have to create csv file of the output temp table
but the catch is I have to Amend the values in the same csv file for the new values of the temp table while running the same procedure again and again

Please help me for the same
