Asp .net 4.0 and WCF Web Service Error

Hi I am destar John (Ko Ko Tun),
I would like to know how to solve this error
"The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs"

I can call WCF Service and it is fine.
from the web site is fine.

but I can't Communicate them.Ealier is ok.
I already reinstall the WCF Service...

and there is something I want to know.
I want to use WCF Service with SQLite Database to write Log.

From the Project(Debugging) is OK.I get the wed setup and install on IIS.there is Only exception cause.
I also can't Read the exception.

How Could I be OK for these two?
