Solution 1

If it is giving you the error: "The referenced assembly ... could not be resolved because it has a dependency..." then the cahnces are you are targeting the wrong framework. Check via "Application Properties...Application...Target Framework" If it is ".Net Framework 4 Client Profile" change it to ".Net Framework 4".
