Wana Learn Using Debuger

I'm Student Of Computer Sciences..
I want to learn from debugger ..
==> Actually I want to use Watch Window, I really don't know who to use this Using Visual Studio 2012 .. !!!
Any suggestions, tutorials will be appreciated ..
