Moving List Items from one list to another list in SharePoint 2010

Currently working as a SharePoint Developer/Architect with US based leading Law Firm. I am responsible for leading large and complex SharePoint engagements for my organization. I have decent knowledge in
SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2010 and MOSS 2007. I worked more than 9 years in many .NET technologies which helping me to develop SharePoint custom solutions and branding. Involved in few Capacity Management and sizing engagements and built very complex SharePoint farms successfully.
