Chris, Sean, you might be able to easily block such posts, based on various keywords that are unlikely to be part of any article or any other post here (for example, "boxing"...).

I would never pay attention, but the "questions" posted by that person was also a kind of "spam", the re-posted "gimme code" non-questions which I had to remove.
Spam or not, but this is a kind of misuse of the public resource.

My guess is that he has done so with no intention of any kind. Just didn't know what to write in his profile, so he cut and pasted his resume. I sent him a private email, and I believe he will fix that.
