Mike deserves the award for new word, but I invented the condition it describes. Along about 1973 I got tired of feeling like a failure for not upholding my excellent New Years Resolutions, so I resolved, for once and for all, to put more things off. I haven't got around to making another resolution since, and I feel GoodTM about that. So there...

I'm feeling old today, and it's not just knowing that I've done around 939 moons of hard-time on this planet: knowing that my electrons could be older than the universe is makes me think it's them little gizmos put me in a nest of miseries [^]:Quote: But the research team did manage to come up with the most accurate measurement yet of the “lifetime” of electrons. Who's to say electrons weren't having a tail-gate party after some cosmic-particle super-bowl, gettin' high on neutrinos, charmed by quarks, and the big-bang troubled them no more than an itch on the backside you can't quite scratch troubles you, or me ?

First there is no evidence that neanderthals were unaware of tonal pattern! Second I listen to a great deal of music and give at least 20 new album releases a chance not to be consigned to eternal darkness as a result of my weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth every Friday. What I don't do, however, is endlessly churn out the same track over and over to the point of obsession so don't really ever have a song of the week. I can give you a couple of candidates for the song of 2015, however.
