patbob, in this case, I am curious. Why was the required contextual information unavailable?
Should it have been in the first pass of the design? Was this a new requirement, or a deep nuance that was not clear until the code was actually used?

Next, given what you know today, and looking to implement the code again... Would you have to do all of that work again?

Finally, what is the status of the code: Beta, Released... Ancient?
