Web Service server to server

Hi Friends

I am using an asp.net web services. It's working in my local server and also in a testing server. But the same service is not working in another server which is qualtiy. The web sercive is not able to call. Web Service Call Failed 500 Error retains. I call the service globally ~/webservices.asmx. I also check the web service directly in the address bar. It retains values but by the page can't able to call.

Did any one help me belong this one
