Error in install application

Hi, i have received this error while i was trying to install my .Net application.

Error 1001: The source was not found, but some or all event logs could not be searched. Inaccessible logs: Security.

what is my mistake?
Note: i have created Setup project for my application and i want to install it.

yes, i have 3 applications and one of them contains a windows service.
i tried to install my application that contains service with visual stdio command prompt but i received that error again.
where should i define my windows service?it should be in an independent application or it can be at the middle of other applications?
