Sharepoint Designer WorkFlow To Send Data From Parent site List To SubSite List

Hi to all,

I am currently Working On Sharepoint 2010 Designer Workflows. I have a Parent Site With the list name "Application Form",And subsite with the list name "Admission Form".

Now i need to write a Designer Workflow on Parent List.I have a item with the name "Status" in the "Application Form" list of Parent Site,The item name status is a choice column(Drop Down List(Pending,Accept,Reject))having default value as Pending.

When i select option called "Accept" then i need to send some fields of data such as (Name,ID,Address,Phone Number) to Sub-site(Child) site named with Admission Form.Can any one suggest me which type of workflow should i use ex(Site,Reusable,List Workflow).And how to solve it

Hope some one will help me to solve this problem.
