i have difficulties in adding child and sub child nodes

Please post the strucure of the data you retrieve from the table.Also give an example how do you want to add the data to the TreeView(means how it will look like after it has been added)

You said you have some difficulties,please explain what are the difficulties you are facing.

First of all, specify exact type of TreeView: there are different (pretty similar) types called "TreeView" in different libraries. Always specify what's the application type or UI library.
