how do i set the web pages code behind read only

how do i make the web pages code behind C# read only 
a user can only read it in RUN mode and non RUN mode
 
EG:
 
After i'm completing the project, i need to pass to the 3rd party with sourcecode [not a published folder] to run it they can open the project, viewcode and run. but they shouldn't Edit the codbehind file. 
 
can any 1 helps me. can i know the code

That is not how it works, re-posting the same question is against the guides of this site. You should post a response on the solution. And from what I can see the response you were given is the only way I know of to achieve what you want. If the solution provided is inadequate you should let the person who posted it know by replying to it. Looking at your question history, you have a habit of re-posting questions and you shouldn't do it.
