Need help with publish using visual web developer express 2010

Hi, I have developed a sample website using visual web developer express 2010 With Framework 4.0 and MVC4 default template.

I have created a folder on the webserver and mapped it to my local drive to publish.
I am unable to understand the options used in visual web developer express 2010 while publishing, please guide me through this.

I searched the web but dint find an appropriate match for what i need.

Any info can really help.

Options looks very different on Visual web developer 2010 express than what i see on the link above, while doing the publish. I cant attach screen shots here to show, any recommendations?
