i m making a security software in which user can blocked or unblocked the web.
but i want to make a login page where only Administrator user can login. as both mode administrator mode or standard mode.

First thing you need to know is the Administrator password. When you create your program, add the proper security request level to the manifest, and it will then require admin login to run.
