Are you aware of the concept of subdomains (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subdomain)?

This is called "sub-domains". A typical Web hosting provider usually offers some number of sub-domains based on some standard hosting plans, without extra charge. You can add a sub-domain using the control panel provided by the Web hosting company. Please see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subdomain[^].

i need to use 100's of subdomains... So how can i done that in asp.net,C#?

You cannot just do it in ASP.NET, you can only use sub-domains. Please read the article I reference; you should understand that DNS data is essentially involved. Talk to your hosting provider and request 100 sub-domains, listen to their response and decide accordingly.

Why do you not just create translations/modifications for the specific country, and use that as the page based on their GeoLocation?

Good idea. Besides, more realistic and flexible alternatives like URL rewrite or URL routing can be used.
