How to alter database with table

hi,

i have a erp product and im updated the project with new future.the db also modified
now i want to update this to my existing clients. so how can i alter the db?
there is a lot changes in db please help me...

Have you written any scripts to change the database?

yes for all tables,sp,functions modified but i think that's not a proper way

I think it's probably how most people would do it. Take a backup first, then run scripts, do some checks to make sure all is well. Job done. Embed the scripts in an update package
