this is not issue i just ask when i call web service in application then all process like data add , Message send etc process are run itself or not ???

Yes they all will be active and process when you call them or run as per logic written...

when i call service then immediately get response but this process is long so it can be run itself

no... there should be some trigger which runs the service.. either manually or dynamically in code logic
