I want to make an interface using C # like the software "Ciel"

This isn't really a question, more of a statement. It also doesn't explain what ciel actually is.

You haven't asked a question, nor have you explained what ciel is (just like your last question). You should start by using WPF probably.

I did a search for Ciel Software on google, an d it could be anything! be more specific. Oh and what was the question?

I think you should start with a clean white piece of paper and some crayons. Let us know when you have a viable prototype ready.

Please don't push 'answer' to ask your question again. Yes, even without looking, it's possible. You can create any sort of interface you like, esp if you factor in WPF. But, we're not going to do it for you, you have to do it yourself.
