If the forum is restricted, and I can't view it, why does it appear in the sidebar?

Thanks very much for your message. I have sent you an email confirmation address which should help. Please let me know if you do not receive it OK. Also it might be a good idea to remove your newsletter topics to rule that out as well. So for now, I have removed them.
Thanks,

Thanks Sean. I'm pretty sure I did the confirmation thing already as a part of changing my email address, but I did it again using the link you provided in your email.
Where do I re/select my newsletter topics?
Thanks.

When dropping an svg file, it get renamed and edited in a way that break my svg;
Labels are bigger and moved, lines are removed.
As my svg images are trees, it is a problem to have all the edges removed.
How to drop the svg files without the 'cleaning' ?
Or canyou remove the feature ?

The time you answered look very late Friday evening.
Or did I miscalculated the time lag to Toronto ?

No - you were correct. I was just joking about the concept of "after hours". It's been a long time since I knew what that meant

Could you please send me the image?
Also: is what you are seeing the thumbnail that's being created for the article from the SVG you've uploaded? ie is the original SVG being uploaded OK, but a second image being created that's cropped?
cheers

Has the initial Lounge sticky "Oh be-HAVE!" post by @chris-maunder gone missing or is something more insidious going on?

I'm so totally going to rename that post.
Yeah it's gone AWOL. We're working on a fix to the hole-in-the-forums issue. It'll be back, as petulant as ever.

It's back. Was a caching issue that hopefully has been resolved.

There was a message in the lounge that was homework, I flaged the message and mine was report #5. The starting message got deleted and then all the messages in that thread got moved to the previous OP.

Before we had had "message closed" and the messages below would have remained in the correct thread.
I suppose that's a side effect of :This one in Bugs and Suggestions[^]
