problem : I got following error while creating object of ReportDocument()
An error occoured while attempting to load the crystal reports runtime.
Either the crystal reports registry key permissions are suffcient or the crystal reports runtime is not installed correctly

environment : ASP.NET, IIS6, Win2003, 64-bit.

scenario : i have developed crystal report in asp.net 2.0 and deploy it on windows server 2003 (32bit) it works fine.
now i have deploy same code on windows server 2003 (64bit) but it gives me error.

what could be the possible ways to sove it ?

help really treasured.

One probable reason could be - for 64 bit there is separate Crystal Report Runtime. Try to install that. Check you have admin rights on the machine.
