You can use an anchor tag, if you know that the term would be in there. For example, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google[^][^] is the wiki page for google. I don't know if they offer a webservice, you'd have to look on their site.

My content is not static.it comes from database ane it can be contain many number of word.so using tag it will nt possible.

For any word do you need a wiki link ? Are you going to bind it dynamically ? If static anchor tag is enough.

The point is, you said it's a windows app. Is it, or is it an ASP.NET app ? Why do you need an installer ? Have you written a website that a lot of people will deploy to different servers ?

You can write onkeypress event in javascript.And in that you have to check keycodes of numbers.

write this code in page load

txt.Attributes.Add("onkeypress", "javascript:return DecimalLength(Event)");

and in page source:-
