This is common unfortunately. These sites steal content, but Code Project is good at setting the lawyers on these sites.

The OP's article is dated Dec 17th. The article on the other site is dated Nov 6th. Of course it's trivial to set a past date for a blog entry. But just thought I'd bring this to your notice.

I looked at the HTML on the 3rd party article and it sure looks like they copied the HTML off CP. And then used an older date to make it look like the OP stole the artcle off them.

My latest blog article was posted on 27 Nov 2012, but it was never listed in any of the newsletters that were sent after that. Is there any bug or wasn't it included for any reason? This is the article:

Yes. It allows me to report the same message twice if I press the refresh page. I think once I report the message It should be enabled for me to report again?

You can report it twice, but only one is counted (as far as I know), you can change the reason of the report (i.e. spam-->repost).
If you report, when it is done, it appears a message with "X" reports (X is current number). That should stay the same.

thats sounds Odd to me. why cant it show the history of my report status so that atleast i am aware that I already reported. Also if some one already reported a spam why would I need to report it again?
was it open it for any purpose?

As I said.
If you click the false option, you can correct it.
The purpose I see, is that CP-Staff can have better control on why a message was nuked or things like that.
On the other hand, it is not the same to report a message as "not a solution" or "unclear or incomplete" than reporting it as spam or abusive/troll.
So if you change your mind or you have a bad click, you can correct the reason, but the report it self stays no matter how oft you do it. You get only 1 event of reputation and it adds only 1 report to the count of that message/user.
If you don't want to report it twice... then don't do it.

I have answered one question a simple question about about "scanf"[^], for which I received 4 votes and they are displayed in the Reputation history page.
The answer is also accepted, but I guess the 25 Authority points are not added 
as there is no entry for that in the reputation history.
Can you please check what is the problem?

Yes I asked as we get points on acceptance of an answer.
The only way to know whether it is accepted or not is to check, if there is one entry in Reputation History or not.
When I checked, there was none.
So, I got doubt that it is not accepted.

Ahhh. Pure vanity. How very, very shallow someone's life has to be that points are the only validation you get.

There is no problem because the answer has not been accepted. The green background is set when the solution is upvoted or accepted. When accepted, the box is surrounded by a small border.
