Reading reviews looks like a lot of people are sckeptical and pissed.

All the crap I've seen thus far about Windows Threshold has been just that - crap. Nothing substantive has come out of Microsoft. All of the industry 'pundits' have been stroking themselves heavily, quoting and re-quoting each other.
Sooner or later the bloody thing will go beta, and then we'll know.
