Well, Dear V, I appreciate the birthday greets ! But, I must confess that, in my case, I am much less emotional the older I get.
Oh Yeah, in my twenties I was a virtual professional emoter, specializing in poetic pathos, wistful angst, "the road not taken" flavor of self-indulgence.
However, I was told by many people ... some of them friends ... that I was a very amusing fool.

71? I had no idea!
I remember going to a birthday party and decided to sing 'It's my party and I'll cry if I want to' to the concerned (bit drunk, probably), and it turned out that some bloke who had a number 1 hit with a cover of it in the 80s was there. A bit embarrassing really. That's the wonderful thing about too much booze, the embarrassment comes later.
