I have asked Sean below about the images. I know they are justified by the article and they are kinda needed for the explanation as well. But lately Sean asked us to be a bit harder with it and point him out such cases because of possible copyright issues.

What do you mean in this case?

I've had a little bit of trouble when embedding images and files in articles (using the functions in the right side bar). Sometimes they display correct when editing and previewing, but not on the article once it's been queued for publishing.

Has this something to do with the pending state or is there something else I should check when writing an article?

Unfortunately we still have not isolated this bug. Once the article is published, the images will look fine.

This is a very weird case. It's almost meta. It looks like he's making a movie review website, and taking screenshots of his movie reviews. There are different allowances (I believe) for using images on movie review sites, but this is simply an image of a movie review site and does not contain actually movie criticism. Still ...

This may be too complicated to call definitely from my chair.

I like the article and the images are kinda needed for the explanation, but I think they are copyright of the arcade games company, and the 50 years are not over yet.

MAME alone is a tricky legal issue, I am not qualified to make an accurate final ruling, but as you say the article does not work without the images so we'll leave it for now.

Yes and no. So I took the cans of worms to our lawyers who gave us more cans and more worms and some thinking and discussing to do internally. So for now please sit tight. We will arrive at a conclusion in due course.
