It seems that the main thing is that you use enough liquid.

You should probably go for the cheapest liquid you can find on short notice. You need 2540 m^3 of it if you do it today, and the trend seems to be increasing rapidly.

Water is probably OK, hydrofluoric acid will probably strain your budget; anyway, with that amount, the actual cleaning effectiveness of the liquid used (or the bathing technique, for that matter) should not matter in the least.

Remember that it is important to properly clean your guinea pig between experiments, otherwise your results will not be scientifically valid.
