Someone will have to prove that before I believe that. If you train your AI with lies, you will obviously get something that's free of human error. I even had made some nice little AIs myself that developed a 'live and let live' mentality and did the opposite of what I wanted them to by very creatively interpreting my directives.
Whoever is proclaiming this nonsense, should better think a little what hackers will do to their little Frankensteins in the future. I certainly would feed an AI with BS until it malfunctions in the manner I want it to. Trolling meets hacking.

AI is somehow software which sometimes contains bugs. So it may buggy too. 
I hope the error handling is correct else sometimes a nuclear war may start
