What do you want? I could post you a disgruntled cat - he's sick, but thinks he's fine because of the meds so he can't go out and that is making my life difficult.

Hope he gets fully well soon. Perhaps you could make a cat video and post it on YouTube with a link. Cat videos are always entertaining aren't they?

Any more and it will implode in a shower of furry pixels.
He'll be a few days, with luck. Took him to the vet yesterday, and he's got a temperature of 40.5C, which is well hot for a cat. Another degree or so and you start to get organ damage. Still, that explains the lack of interest in food, and lethargy. Original thought was a urinary tract infection from a uric acid blocked urethra (he hadn't peed since Monday) but a quick dose of broad spectrum AB's with an injection of Ibuprofen to bring his temp down and he eats and pees like a horse. Which is good news: he doesn't need to be "unplugged", and he objected quite enough to the thermometer up his ass, thank you...
Trouble is that the lower temp means he feels fine, but he's still fighting the infection (whatever it is) so he needs to be kept in for a couple of days. This is not his idea of fun.
