Trying to work out if I'll use Vue, React or plain JS.
Still thinking. By the time I've made the call I'll have to revisit the decision due to the 5 new frameworks everyone's moved to.

If you ask me, then there are better things you can do with your time than chasing after ever changing frameworks. Stick with plain JS and build your own library. It does not have to be the best framework from the start. If you keep revising and expanding it, it will bring you where you want to go. And nobody can pull away the rug from under your feet by didcontinuing their framework or changing things for change's sake. (Yes, I'm looking at you Mickeysoft, masters of the art of changing stuff only to force you to move on to your next grand thingie)

Nah, I disagree with all those.
VB.net and C# are nearly the same as each other. I could go with both as automatic transmission, but C# also has a sequential mode to allow better control when you need it.
C++ could be more like driving a big-rig.
The thing is that VB/VB.net has a lot more bells and whistles built in but with fewer actually useful features.

Execution wise it's definitely sprinting or galloping but in terms of the actual coding it's more like crawling.
