When working on a big project the importance of good tools is more important comparing to small projects. It is important that everyone stores code and docs in one place, that anyone can easily post new ideas, etc. Things like Knowledge Management become quite important.

Better planning, design, QA, is another aspect.

But the most important is to have a good looking, always smiling assistant! Big Grin | :-D
