Printing Form using PCL Code

Good days for everyone,

i need to create a project is about "print business form to a viewer".
the business form will contain HP PCL or Epson PCL hex codes.

For Example HP PCL hex code:
9 CPI and portrait = X'1B2873303968'

after set the hex code and load data from database, a viewer(print preview) will pop up and show user how the report will look like when print out.

is it recommended way to do it or website which i can refer?

i'm new at vb printing(i'm using VS 2013), so hope can get some information from you guys.
