I want to know the detail configuration to MYSQL to access their database from remote location using DSN And connection string.

VB6 is totally dead. In fact, it was dead at the moment it was introduced to the marked, it's just the problem that too many mounted a dead horse.

A little effort applied to using Google will find you alternative options.

I often refer to connectionstrings.com[^] for working out connection details to most commercial databases

Paul Bradley[^] has published some VB6 code to specifically connect to a remote MySQL database.

If at all possible (I don't know if you have workplace constraints) you should move away from using VB6 - VB.NET would be the obvious alternative and the express versions are free.
