How do I put data to google spreadsheet

I'm running a wordpress website with four contact forms for different events. It's a big event so it would be much easier for me I could get data from contact from 7 through google sheets. But I have no idea how to start and where to start.

I know about this API: https://github.com/asimlqt/php-google-spreadsheet-client But like I said, I would be very happy if someone gave me the instructions how to use this. (I'm learning about PHP a month now)

Also I would like to know if its possible this API would sort where the people are from (regions) to different spreadsheets and different e-mails?

I would be more than happy if someone would gave me good instructions on how to start this. I read a lot on the web about this before and I know a lot, but I just need know how to start! Thank you.
