But being a beginner in programming, I'm finding it difficult to adapt it to my need.

I have the hex code:

The above turns on the TV.

How can I send this through my PDA IR port?

If you want to ask a question about an article, ask it in the forum provided in the article.

Also, the article is in C#, pretty much the only language you DIDN'T tag your question as. When you use Quick Questions, please tag them properly.
