how to filter user information using Active directory in asp.net

Hi Dear

I have many folders in my Active Directory.
One folder contains many subfolders e.g. the "Aftab" (the main folder) under which I have "Student", "Faculty", "Employee" etc.

How do I find out user has come from a particulat folder?
(Means Student, Faculty or Employee.)

How to use this one?

Please Help me, its very Urgent.
Please give me some good example.
